It is official, John McCain has clinched the Republican nomination. George Bush, apparently wanting to wait for the 2008 Primary Election Results before endorsing a candidate, has given John McCain his official endorsement.
I am not sure that if I were John McCain, that I would find an endorsment by George Bush to be all that helpful.;)
George Bush was smart to wait for the 2008 Primary Election Results to indicate that John McCain had won the nomination before offering his endorsement. Afterall, why endorse a candidate who ends up losing?;)
