No Fault Divorce - No Fault Divorce is under scrutiny by several states due to pressure from right-wing conservatives. One could argue that both parties are at fault for choosing marriage as a lifestyle in the first place.;)

I had to laugh when I saw that no fault divorce was being examined as a reasonable way to end a marriage. I guess the debate here is fault vs. no fault divorce. I decided to see what YouTube had to offer on the subject of No Fault Divorce.

Actually, the woman in this video makes some very-valid points about the subject of no fault divorce and she will probably make someone a great wife someday.

My thought on the whole no fault divorce issus is...Why do people get married in the first place? If you are interested in no fault divorce, then you are probably wondering the same thing.;) Nothing requires you to actually get married. I guess both parties are at fault if they choose marriage to begin with...but that is not why no fault divorce is underfire.

My guess is that no fault divorce is under pressure by the right because some conservatives believe divorce has become "too easy." I am further guessing that many want the process to be painful for the sake of the family and so that those entering into marriage give it more thought before they tie the knot. (I am just full of bad rhymes and puns tonight...sigh.)

To be honest, no fault divorce doesn't seem to make much sense to me. If I were married and wanted a divorce, of COURSE it would be her fault...let justice be served.:D (Have you ever noticed that I will say just about anything?)

Elizabeth Reaser News - Elizabeth Reaser will play Bella Bloom on The Ex List a new fall 2008 series on CBS. Elizabeth Reaser plays a hot, sexy 30-ish successful business owner with no real prospect for marriage (hmm...havn't I heard this description before...like 5000 times? Apparently being a successful in business and a woman spells romantic solitude in the eyes of script writers.) Well anyway, Elizabeth Reaser playing Bella Bloom (actually the name Bella Bloom sounds like a successful business woman who is still hot, fertile, frustratecd and looking for action...kudos on that one scriptwriters) learns from some wacked-out psychic, played by Anne Bedian, that she has already met the man of her dreams. Not only has he met her future husband, she also actually dated the guy.

Well, if that plot isn't interesting enough (rolls eyes) she also has just one year to figure out which former date was the one who got away, so to speak. Further, if she doesn't rediscover this future husband within one year then she will forever be alone with her shower massage and a good romance novel.;) To make matters worse, she has, I am guessing, dated half the men within a 2000 mile radius of her apartment.;)

Seriously, this is actually the plot of the Elizabeth Reaser series, The Ex List. I don't make this stuff up...the storyline is actually this far-fetched.:D Ok, ok, I did add a bit of editorial comment and embelishment, but as you can see from this Elizabeth Reaser The Ex List trailer, that is pretty much what the series has in store for you...if you can imagine that.

I highly recommend you check out this series just to see how wild the storyline can actually become as the series progresses throughout the season. I often wonder if a lot of the Hollywood screenwriters are hot, female, sexy, successful and frustrated.;)...hmmm food for thought, they certainly write about that alot these days.

Screenwriters seem to also like to write a lot these days about how there are no good men out there. We are out there ladies, we just don't happen to be tremendously interested in 30ish successful businesswomen, even if they are hot, who suddenly decide they want a husband because it now fits into their plan since they have their career under wraps and can now fit us into their busy schedules.;) This is the same type who calls me and wants to do "lunch."...sigh...no thanks. Sorry, ladies, we have other plans.;)

JetBlue Toilet Scandal News - JetBlue is being sued by a New York man who claims that the pilot of the flight allegedly made him sit on the toilet and return a seat he had arranged with a fight attendant to use during the flight while she sat on a jumpseat.

Apparently, the man did not enjoy the flight while perched on the toilet. The man was traveling on a "buddy pass" that is a standby voucher given to friends by airline employees. As with any issue there are two sides to every story.
