According to an article on TMZ.com, Britney Spears has been charged with one count of hit and run causing property damage and one count of driving without a valid California license. Thankfully, they made no mention of Chris Crocker.
Both charges are misdemeanors, but I have a feeling we are in for a round of "Britney Spears Goes to Jail" and even worse, "Free Britney Chris Crocker Drama Videos."
